?Support quality manger to establish company quality system, pass IATF16949 audit and get certificate.

?協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理搭建公司質(zhì)量體系，通過IATF16949審核并得到機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證。

?Support Project manager to successfully obtain milestone of new project.

?協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理成功地實現(xiàn)新項目的所有里程碑。

?Problem solving and follow-up regarding internal and external audit except IATF.

關(guān)于公司內(nèi)外部審核IATF 除外問題處理及跟蹤。

?To ensure all produce process and operation correspond to requirements of document during manufacturing aim at obtaining good commodity.

確保在生產(chǎn)期間所有生產(chǎn)過程和生產(chǎn)操作與文件要求一致以獲得良好產(chǎn)品。





Duties & Responsibilities職責(zé)與責(zé)任

?Support to establish and maintain the quality system, according to the company's development strategy plan, establish the relevant system documents, ensure the quality system operation meets the relevant requirements.

協(xié)助質(zhì)量體系的建立和維護(hù)，根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，建立相關(guān)體系文件，確保質(zhì)量體系運行符合相關(guān)要求。

?Participate in the audit works, formulate the annual audit plan according to the relevant requirements, complete the audit work on time, and ensure the conformity of the quality system operation.

參與各項審核工作，根據(jù)相關(guān)要求制定年度審核計劃，按時完成各項審核工作， 保證質(zhì)量體系運行的符合性。

?Cooperate with third party quality system audit to ensure the audit passes smoothly.

配合三方質(zhì)量體系監(jiān)督審核，確保審核順利通過。

?Take charge of organizing the implementation of internal process/product audit, organizing the implementation of on-site layered audit, standardization, and improvement of on-site operating conditions.

負(fù)責(zé)組織實施內(nèi)部過程/產(chǎn)品審核實施，組織實施現(xiàn)場分層審核、工作現(xiàn)場作業(yè)條件規(guī)范與改善。

?Take charge of the preparation of PPAP documentation for new projects or changes.

負(fù)責(zé)新項目或變更PPAP文件的準(zhǔn)備

?Participate in FMEA and CP creation.

參與 FMEA 和 CP 創(chuàng)建。

?Take charge of quality tools the validation and acceptance.

負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量工具的驗證和驗收。

?Take charge of quality tools statistics analysis and internal/ external calibration mission.

負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量工具統(tǒng)計分析和內(nèi)外部標(biāo)定工作。

?Take charge of process quality control.

負(fù)責(zé)過程質(zhì)量控制。

?Organize analysis of axle rebuild, scraps and downtime which cause by internal process quality issue and take the corrective/preventive actions to prevent quality issues re-occurrence.

組織分析由于內(nèi)部過程質(zhì)量問題造成的整橋拆解，報廢和停機(jī)并采取糾正和預(yù)防措施防止問題再發(fā)。

?To quickly react quality problem and take the containment actions immediately in order to decrease cost.

快速反應(yīng)質(zhì)量問題并立即采取控制措施以降低成本。

?To comply with all quality and safety procedures of enterprise and Chinese legal requirement.

遵守所有公司質(zhì)量和安全流程和中國的法規(guī)要求。

?To complete other tasks from direct leader.

完成上級交辦的其他工作。





Qualifications能力及素質(zhì)



?Bachelor’s degree or above。

本科及以上學(xué)歷。

?Over 10 years’ experience of process quality management in automotive industrial.

至少10年汽車行業(yè)過程質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗。

?Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 internal audit experience is preferred.

熟悉IATF16949，有VDA6.3內(nèi)審經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

?License to internal quality system and process audit preferred.

擁有內(nèi)部質(zhì)量體系和過程審核許可者優(yōu)先。

?Fluent in written and oral English.

流利的英語書寫和口語。

?Experience with Excel, PPT and Word.

熟練運用Excel、PPT和word軟件。

?Familiar with quality management tools, e.g. MSA, SPC, FMEA and CP.

熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具，如MSA, SPC, FMEA和CP。

?Proactive, strong executive ability, strong awareness of quality and cost, strong writing and editing skills.

工作積極主動、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)，有較強(qiáng)的質(zhì)量意識、成本意識，文字表達(dá)及編輯能力強(qiáng)。

?Good ability of organization, coordination, communication, work planning and overall planning.

具備良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力和工作計劃、統(tǒng)籌能力；

?Ability to understand and comply the instruction from the leader.
