崗位職責(zé):
1. Training Organization: organize training program activities, including venue arrangement, material preparation, invitation, and notification of trainees, to ensure that training activities proceed smoothly as planned.
項(xiàng)目組織:組織培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目活動,包括場地安排、資料準(zhǔn)備、講師邀請、參訓(xùn)人員通知等,確保培訓(xùn)活動按計(jì)劃順利進(jìn)行;
2. Training Program: responsible for training programs targeting to frontline leaders, such as line leader/shift leader programs, fresh talent training programs, and internal public courses programs, ensuring those programs are completed on time and with quality.
培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目:負(fù)責(zé)針對基層管理人員的培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目,例如入職培訓(xùn)、基層管理項(xiàng)目等,保證項(xiàng)目按時按質(zhì)完成;
3. Online Learning Platform Management: oversee the daily operations of the online learning platform, ensuring learning engagement;
學(xué)習(xí)平臺:負(fù)責(zé)線上學(xué)習(xí)平臺的日常管理和維護(hù)工作,確保平臺學(xué)習(xí)活躍度;
4. Training Data: collect and analyze training-related data such as the number of trainees, training costs, and training effectiveness, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of training records.
培訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù):對培訓(xùn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,例如培訓(xùn)人數(shù)、培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用、培訓(xùn)效果等,確保培訓(xùn)記錄的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性;
5. Training promotion: design promotional materials for training activities, such as posters and videos, and summarize project reports to effectively communicate the value of training programs and activities.
文案宣傳:設(shè)計(jì)制作培訓(xùn)活動的宣傳資料例如海報、視頻,總結(jié)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目總結(jié)報告,有效傳達(dá)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目活動的價值。
任職要求:
1. A bachelor
s degree with a Human resources major will be a plus;
本科學(xué)歷,人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)尤佳;
2. Good comment on English skills;
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
3. Familiar with PPT, Excel, and Word;
熟練使用PPT,Excel,和Word;
4. 2 to 3 years of Training experience will be a plus.
2-3年的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳。
