2.將生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃交付給生產(chǎn)班長(zhǎng),跟蹤生產(chǎn)是否按照計(jì)劃進(jìn)行,有問題及時(shí)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反應(yīng)。
Transfer the plan to shift leader, following if the plan can be implemented, feedback to the leader in case found some abnorvens.
3.和市場(chǎng)及售后溝通,如不能按期完成給出預(yù)計(jì)交期,針對(duì)于緊急,加急訂單溝通。
Communicate with back office ,give the estimated finish date if the order can’t finish on time, for urgent orders provide the possible finish date.
4.對(duì)于缺料信息和采購溝通,基于物料配送計(jì)劃,調(diào)整對(duì)應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。

5.及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確回復(fù)和更新物流員的發(fā)貨清單。
