In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Ensure compliance to Novonesis Responsible Purchasing Policies.


• In charge of the sourcing/bidding/contracting of the goods and services for CAPEX projects in Hongda site.


• Prepare commercial documents for tenders (RFQ) and coordinate the sending of all tender documentation to suppliers.


• Be responsible for the commercial evaluation of incoming proposals from suppliers, be involved into the final supplier selection and price finalization with PM.


• Responsible for negotiating contracts or trade agreements to the level agreed to with the Manager of Project Sourcing and Support, China.


• In case of key investment project which higher level of Project Sourcing involved, be responsible for the on-site tasks and assist the Sourcing activities.


• Participate in the safety, environment and quality training sessions and other relevant activities as requested by the Safety Production Responsibility Statement.


• To create the harmony working atmosphere together with Project Execution team in Hongda, develop the One Team spirit with key stakeholders, especially the project manager group.


• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.


• Provide professional value adding competencies

To succeed you must hold:

• Bechlor degree in Engineering, preferable in mechanics or electrics


• Min. 3-4 years project or investment sourcing experience in international companies


• Strong negotiation skills


• Highly developed communication skills


• Fluently in oral and written English


• Strong ethics
