Job Objective


Define a customer strategy in cooperation
with the VP Global Sales as well as establishing and mentoring a successful
sales team within the area of function. Furthermore the function is responsible
for the achievement of the customer-related targets, development of adequate
measures and their implementation.Description Of Main Tasks



  • Establish the business relationship with the defined focus
    customers

  • Development and implementation of the sales strategy for the
    defined OEMs aligned with the CC corporate strategy

  • Achievement of the acquisition targets in the region

  • Lead the team of Key Account Managers and Sales Coordinator to
    ensure project milestones and budgets

  • Responsible for the achievement of customer related planning,
    gap determination, formulation of adequate measures and their
    implementation

  • Keeping track of market trends, future products, technology,
    competition and incorporation into the company strategy

  • Budget responsibility (cost center)

  • Compliance with the standards specified in the integrated
    management system (IMS) and the required customer standards

  • Collaboration with CPS, PM, PE, IPT, GPS teams


Skills & Competencies



  • Qualification as Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or
    comparable degree

  • 7 years minimum of professional experience in sales
    (automotive)

  • Market, product and process knowledge from the automotive
    supplier industry

  • Good customer network with at least two of the named focus
    customers

  • Proven sales success (increase in sales and profit
    contribution)

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to economically interpret operating results and
    deviations as well as formulate and implement measures (Sales, EBITDA,
    etc.)

  • Knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, SAP, Bi-Tool

  • English language on C1-C2 level (person is able to express
    himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
