Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire process of patent, software copyright, and trademark writing, application, management, and maintenance.

2. Assist research and development staff with patent searches and analyses, organize technical disclosure documents, and respond to examination notifications.

3. Collaborate with R&D personnel to identify potential patent application opportunities.

4. Conduct patent risk analysis and competitor analysis, ensuring effective patent protection and enforcement.

5. Facilitate the conversion, promotion, and application of intellectual property.

6. Monitor national and local intellectual property laws and regulations, implementing them as required.

7. Formulate and revise intellectual property management policies and procedures.

8. Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, AI, or other engineering disciplines, with a solid understanding of technical content.

2. At least 3 years of experience in patent writing is preferred.

3. Experience in the conversion and promotion of intellectual property is a plus.

4. Strong communication and expression skills.

5. Proficient in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

6. Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure.
