1.Battery
Maintenance trouble shooting and improvement

? Problem
solving support online for big break down.

? Stabilize
the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance system and do
continuously improvement.

?
Maintenance data analysis in daily, weekly and monthly base to monitor the
Tier-1 supplier performance and industrialization level trend.

? Spare
parts management support – identification and safety stock mgmt.

? Equipment
standardization both on Mechanical and Electrical/Program.

2.Battery
Production verification and improvement

output stabilization via equipment problem solving and capacity flexibility

Production data analysis in daily, weekly and monthly base to monitor the
Tier-1 supplier performance and industrialization level trend.

? Process
audit and improvement on enhanced LPA items and defined key process items.

? Check and
support on development of the countermeasures define for customer complaints
via 8D process.

? Track and
monitor changes’ whole process, and monitor pilot production (in case of
applicable) on quality maturity and efficiency ramp-up.

Qualification：

- Similar
experience in automotive industry and battery industry

-Fluent
language skills in Chinese and English is mandatory.

-More than 5
years business especially in BEV battery projects experience is required.

-具有電池生產(chǎn)管理或者質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，或者對電池生產(chǎn)工藝有基礎(chǔ)知識儲備

-有序列化生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)驗，有合資車企或者電池企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先

-英語可以作為工作語言交流即可，需要可以做雙語PPT進行匯報

-可以做好同級溝通，向上匯報及跨部門與跨文化交流

-最好有IATF與VDA，以及精益化生產(chǎn)的理論與實踐的經(jīng)驗。ISO體系經(jīng)驗亦可。

-情商高，溝通能力強，可以認(rèn)真傾聽，回答問題簡單直接，有理有據(jù)

-為人謙虛謹(jǐn)慎，認(rèn)同外企企業(yè)文化，如謙遜和藹，不提倡無效加班
