? Responsible for monitoring the output of production materials such as production process documents and standards according to the product project plan

? Handling of abnormal quality in the production process; Inspection record review and data statistical analysis, regular output analysis report

生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量異常的處理；檢驗記錄審核及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析，定期輸出分析報告

? Responsible for the whole process inspection control and quality exception handling from raw materials entering the factory to finished product shipment.

負責從原材料進廠到成品出貨的全過程檢驗控制及質(zhì)量異常的處理

? Responsible for receiving and responding to customer complaints after mass production, writing 8D reports, and updating the quality record.

負責接收和回復量產(chǎn)后客戶投訴信息，編寫8D報告，并更新質(zhì)量履歷臺賬

? Organize cross functions to conduct root cause analysis,formulate corrective/preventive measures, determine responsibility, and track and verify the corrective and preventive measures taken for internal/external quality problems or non-conformities found in daily audit.

組織多部門對內(nèi)/外質(zhì)量問題或日常審核過程發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合項，進行原因分析、制定糾正/預防措施，責任判定，并對采取的糾正和預防措施進行跟蹤驗證

? Assist system engineers to formulate and optimize relevant quality management systems and quality system documents

協(xié)助體系工程師制定和優(yōu)化與相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理制度及質(zhì)量體系文件

? Assist the system engineer to complete the second-party audit, third-party audit, annual product and process audit, responsible for preparing audit material and correction

協(xié)助體系工程師完成二、三方審核及年度產(chǎn)品、過程審核，負責審核材料整理及審核問題整改

? Responsible for quality monitoring of new project development process, identifying potential quality problems to drive improvement, and tracking improvement results.

負責新項目開發(fā)過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控，識別潛在質(zhì)量問題推動改善，并跟蹤改善效果

? Supervise inspector's process testing methods compared with WI definition to assure the test result quality

日常監(jiān)督檢驗員與作業(yè)指導書定義的檢測方法的操作合規(guī)性，以確保測量結(jié)果的準確性

? Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report

準備質(zhì)量日報、周報和月報等相關(guān)方面的工作

? Regular audit product line to detect potential risk and non-compliance, and push to close all the findings

對產(chǎn)線進行例行審核，及時探測風險和合規(guī)問題，并推進不符合項的整改

? Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

參加信息安全保護培訓，遵守公司信息安全保護相關(guān)政策。

Job requirements:

任職要求：

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area, engaged in quality management for more than three years.

本科及以上學歷，機械、材料、自動化及汽車制造類相關(guān)專業(yè)；從事質(zhì)量管理工作三年以上

? Familiar with IATF16949 standard; Understand
the five tools and use the seven methods of QC to collect and analyze
quality-related data; Proficient in using Microsoft Office series of office
software.

熟悉IATF16949標準知識；了解五大工具和運用QC七大手法，能收集、分析質(zhì)量相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)；熟練使用Microsoft Office系列辦公軟件

? Strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, planning decision-making skills and innovation skills.

有較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力、計劃決策能力和創(chuàng)新能力

? Familiar to GD&T and IATF16949, CQI11/12/9/15/17/23/27,
VDA6.3 auditor certification or IATF16949 internal auditor certification are preferred.

能識讀圖紙，并熟知GD&T規(guī)則，有IATF16949內(nèi)審員，CQI11/12/9/15/17/23/27VDA6.3審核員證書優(yōu)先

? Good command of English reading and writing

英語讀寫和口語好

? Must have the awareness of information security protection.
