? Responsible for customer audit and third-party audit of the company's management system
負責公司管理體系的顧客審核和第三方審核
? Organization and implementation of internal audit (including system audit, process audit, layer process audit and product audit) and management review, and track closing all the open issues
內部審核（包括體系審核、過程審核、分層審核和產品審核）和管理評審的組織實施，并跟進審核的問題進行閉環(huán)跟進
? Responsible for the preparation, update and optimization of system management documents; supervise and evaluate the implementation of system documents; responsible for the management and training of document change points.
負責推動公司質量體系管理文件的編制、更新和改進；對體系文件執(zhí)行情況進行監(jiān)督、考核；負責文件變更點的管理及培訓
? Supervise the responsible department to analyze and rectify the problems of the non-conforming items, and track and review the effectiveness of the measures.
監(jiān)督責任部門對不合格項進行問題分析、整改，并跟蹤和評審措施的有效性
? Implement control measures according to environmental factors and hazards, and wear personal protective equipment as required.
推進公司質量文化建設和持續(xù)改進活動
? Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
參加信息安全保護培訓，遵守公司信息安全保護相關政策。
任職要求
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in material science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electric engineering and other related majors; more than 3 years of quality system management experience, with a solid management foundation of quality, experience in system audit and process audit, and experience in dealing with second- and third-party audits.
本科及以上學歷，材料學、機械工程、化工、電子類等相關專業(yè)；3年以上的管理體系管理經驗，具有扎實的質量管理體系管理基礎，具備體系審核和過程審核經驗，及應對二方、三方審核的經驗
? Familiar with IATF16949 standard and core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP), master process-oriented audit methods, and have IATF16949 internal auditor qualification.
熟悉IATF16949標準和汽車工業(yè)核心工具(APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA和PPAP)，掌握過程導向審核方法，有IATF16949內審員資質
? Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit.
熟悉VDA6.3過程審核和VDA6.5產品審核
? Good management and communication skills, ability to quickly learn new knowledge and ability to withstand pressure.
較好的管理能力、溝通能力，具有快速學習新知識能力和抗壓能力
? Good command of English, read, write and speak.
英語讀寫和口語好
? Must have the awareness of information security protection.
