QUALITY
Understand cab quality requirements.
了解駕駛室材料的需求.
-Have knowledge of quality defects and know how to react
-了解密質(zhì)量缺陷并知道如何補(bǔ)救應(yīng)對(duì)。
DELIVERY
According to OPE requirements, complete production targets.
根據(jù)OPE要求，完成生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)
Support other production activities

COST
Participate directly and indirectly in all KAIZEN.
直接或間接參與所有KAIZEN。
-Working to eliminate waste regarding Painting process.
-努力消除涂裝過(guò)程中的浪費(fèi)。
GENERAL
-Support the working group for implementing new product and processes.
-支持工作組實(shí)施新產(chǎn)品和新流程。
Working in a cross-functional projects and to improve the quality, reduce cost, ensure environment are supported. -在跨職能項(xiàng)目中工作，以提高質(zhì)量，降低成本，確保環(huán)境得到支持。

崗位要求：
Technical secondary school , vehicle engineering or chemical application
-中專(zhuān)、車(chē)輛工程或化學(xué)應(yīng)用
Problem solving and quality tools/Risk management (PFMEA) -問(wèn)題解決和質(zhì)量工具/風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理
Change management and deviation handling -變更管理和偏差處理
Conflict management and negotiation -沖突管理和談判
Volumetric analysis -生產(chǎn)容量分析
MS Office 365
Fluent oral and written English Should be taken as a priority .
