Packaging Engineer:
1) Plans and directs activities concerned with design and development of packaging containers/ components: Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications
of product to determine physical characteristics of item, special-handling and safety requirements, and type of materials required for container/components.
2) Develops or directs development of sketches, specifications, samples, and written analyses of proposed packaging in order to present design for approval.
3) Validate the new molds to ensure the packaging project are completed on time.
4) Follow up on new project development, solve the quality issue of the product to ensure on time product delivery.
5) Contact vendors to determine costs and feasibility of producing proposed packaging.
崗位職責(zé)：
1) 計(jì)劃和指導(dǎo)與包裝容器/部件設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)有關(guān)的活動(dòng)：分析工程圖紙和產(chǎn)品規(guī)格，以確定物品的物理特征、特殊處理和安全要求以及容器/部件所需的材料類型。
2) 開發(fā)或指導(dǎo)擬定包裝的草圖、規(guī)格、樣品和書面分析，以便提交設(shè)計(jì)供批準(zhǔn)。
3) 包裝新模具的開發(fā)驗(yàn)證，保證包裝開發(fā)項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完成。
4) 跟進(jìn)新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度，解決包材質(zhì)量問題，保證產(chǎn)品正常進(jìn)度交貨。
5) 咨詢供應(yīng)商以確定生產(chǎn)擬議包裝的成本和可行性。
Requirements:
1) Bachelor or above degree in packaging engineering or packaging design related,5 years + working experiences in packaging development, management, or plastic molds, plastic injection or machinery related.
2) Familiar with cosmetic, household packaging and materials, injection plastic components, plastic molds/tooling, injection processes, equipment and assembly machines, testing methods and etc.
3) Familiar with MS Office software, strong skills in AI, CAD or PROE/solid works/UG design software.
4) Be able to travel at any time and work under pressure, good work ethic and integrity, good communication and coordination,
5) Strong reading and writing skills in English.
6) Perform other duties as assigned.
要求：
1) 包裝工程、包裝設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)相關(guān)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2) 5年以上包裝開發(fā)，推進(jìn)，管理工作·經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 包裝材料或塑膠模具、機(jī)械類相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3) 熟悉化妝品，日化用品包裝材料、塑件模具，工藝、設(shè)備、測(cè)試方法等。
4) 熟悉掌握各類辦公軟件，熟練使用AI、CAD、PROE/solidworks/UG等設(shè)計(jì)軟件。
5) 能隨時(shí)出差， 抗壓性高，良好的職業(yè)道德和操守，善于溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
6) 英文聽讀寫能力強(qiáng)。
7) 完成上級(jí)安排的其它任務(wù)。
