? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology required
? 2-3 years’ experience in production application support or business-facing IT role
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data analytics
? Advanced skills with programming using Scripting language such as VBA/VBS/Power Query/SQL/Database (Access/SQL Server)
? Advanced skills with Low code platform such as Automation Anywhere/Power Automate/Power Apps
? Proficiency in Data Analysis (Python/Access), C# (.NET Framework), HTML is highly preferred
? Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation.
? An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
? The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture
? Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it
? Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitor
? Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels from multiple departments and geographic locations; awareness of cultural differences
? Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving
? Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships
