Tasks

You will supervise the production processes at our packaging supplier in cooperation with central development and the production plants of the wheel speed sensors product line.

Your core tasks are to optimize individual processes, release them and integrate them into the overall process. You support error-avoiding measures to maintain the best possible quality, identify potential for improvement and ensure the implementation of measures.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the analyses in the event of a complaint as well as the implementation of corrective measures on site.

You will work as a strong team player in an agile, interdisciplinary, international team of the Wheel Speed

Sensors product line and report to the central coordinator in SHA, who acts as the interface to the development team.

Examples of the various tasks are:

1)Running up production and testing processes and ensuring results

2)Analysis of customer returns

3)Process audits

4)Coordination of re-qualification activities

5)Creation and maintenance of an error catalog

6)Identify data analysis, SPC and optimization potentials

Your profile

Degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualification.

Professional experience in semiconductor production / backend.

Experience with (quality) requirements automotive

Strong customer and service orientation.

High adaptability and assertiveness.

Intercultural competence

Very good communication skills and very good written and spoken English.

Willingness to travel internationally
