-Standardized system Introduction: participate in
introduction and implementation of advanced QMS/EHS /HSPM/AEO/CSR/ESD etc. system& management tools, coordinate ESD affair as expert, to make sure the systemand tool in compliance with company and customer’s requirement.

-Systemmaintenance: maintain and continuously improve current and introduced quality and environmental management system and tools, perform related survey and auditto make sure the effectiveness and efficiency of system operation, meet with company operation management and customer’s requirement. (such as, quality &environmental & ESD target and indices management, collection of environment,
law and legislation, and participate in internal audit/6S audit, CIP
management, COPQ management, orientation material review and implement
training, maintain IMS related e-system etc.)

-KPI management(IMS/Factory level/Department level/SPI etc.), including data
collection and summary;

-Hold IMS regular meeting: 1. IMS bi-weekly meeting; 2. QRB/CRB weekly meeting; 3.Quality monthly meeting; 4. Factory committee meetings; 5. COPQ coordination meetings; 6. CIP regular meetings

-Quality culture management: 1. Annual plan; 2.Deployment; 3. Competition; 4. Award & motivation

-Customer questionnaire filling: fill up survey questionnaire from customer and send it to related department in order to make sure the customer audit work be performed smoothly

-Plan as a whole in customer audit: accompany auditing customer, and follow up the audit findings;

-Implement quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies, achieve
departmental goals and targets; Responsible for the operational control of
environmental management and occupational health and safety management in the department;

-Support IMS affair at other sites or remotely

-Define and track on AOP, data collection and actual performance tracking

-Administration affairs handling: handle related administration affairs in department to realize the management orderly and obtain good communication
