職位描述Accountablities:

2.Sales銷(xiāo)售
? 識(shí)別和建立客戶訂單履行程序。從接收客戶訂單到發(fā)布生產(chǎn)訂單，創(chuàng)建交貨單，實(shí)物和系統(tǒng)關(guān)閉的發(fā)貨。Identify and establish customer order fulfillment procedure from receiving customer order to releasing production order to creating delivery note to closing shipment of goods physically and systematically.
? 與工廠團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，將銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)化為包括生產(chǎn)/包裝/原材料/出口等整個(gè)鏈條的計(jì)劃。Work with plant team to translate sales forecast to production/package/raw material/export license planning.
? 接收客戶訂單和預(yù)測(cè)，并按時(shí)間順序進(jìn)行歸檔。Receive the customers order & forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence.

3.計(jì)劃Planning

? 有計(jì)劃和實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃理念，包括MPS/MRP，生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和交貨計(jì)劃等。 Plan and realize production planning concept including MPS/MRP, production planning, and delivery scheduling, etc.

? 主導(dǎo)庫(kù)存和年度計(jì)劃OWC。Key contribution of OWC on the inventory and annual planning.

? 協(xié)調(diào)季度、月、周、日滾動(dòng)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和運(yùn)輸安排的創(chuàng)建和實(shí)施，以滿足客戶的需求，同時(shí)將庫(kù)存水平降至最低。Primarily coordinate the creation and implementation of rolling quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily Production Plans and Shipping arrangement to meet customers’ requirement, whilst minimizing the inventory level.
? 安全庫(kù)存:通過(guò)審核訂單接收情況和銷(xiāo)售情況，確保每月庫(kù)存預(yù)測(cè)并進(jìn)行調(diào)整.Safety inventory:Ensure monthly inventory projection by reviewing PO received status and sales status and make adjustment.
? 負(fù)責(zé)在高復(fù)雜性的工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)中持續(xù)改進(jìn)物料計(jì)劃流程。 Responsible to continuously improve the material planning process in a high complexity plant operation.

4. 物流/倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)Logistics/Warehouse
? 確保原材料接收（包括固體原材料，液體原料及包裝材料等）及產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序 Ensure raw material receiving and finish goods transferring following standard process;
? 按生產(chǎn)需求，將生產(chǎn)所需原料及時(shí)準(zhǔn)備到生產(chǎn)指定的備料區(qū)域, 并符合“先進(jìn)先出”原則 According to the production requirement, prepare the raw materials to the designated material preparation area in time, and comply with the "FIFO" principle;
? 負(fù)責(zé)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序進(jìn)行成品裝車(chē)、發(fā)貨；Be responsible for loading and dispatch the finished goods according to the requirement of SOP ;
? 與其他部門(mén)合作，改善托盤(pán)管理，物料接收，發(fā)放，支持成品從車(chē)間到倉(cāng)庫(kù)的轉(zhuǎn)移;Team work with other department to improve pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and support finished goods transferring from workshop to warehouse ;
? 按主管要求進(jìn)行倉(cāng)庫(kù)盤(pán)點(diǎn)，確保盤(pán)點(diǎn)效率和準(zhǔn)確性，及時(shí)分析偏差，采取措施減少損失，達(dá)到盤(pán)點(diǎn)目標(biāo);Instructed by warehouse supervisor, conduct physical counting in Warehouse, ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviation in time, and take action to reduce the loss amount and meet physical counting target;
? 監(jiān)控倉(cāng)庫(kù)活動(dòng)，確保貨物正確、安全存放，有效利用倉(cāng)庫(kù)空間。Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and storage space is used efficiently.
? 搞好庫(kù)房的安全管理工作，檢查庫(kù)房的防火、防盜設(shè)施,定期組織倉(cāng)庫(kù)巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在安全隱患及時(shí)處理并上報(bào) Do well the safety management of the warehouse and check the fireproof and anti-theft facilities; Take active action and report to his supervisor in case finding the potential safety risk.
? 確保叉車(chē)駕駛員嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作，及時(shí)糾正不當(dāng)操作行為；并按要求對(duì)叉車(chē)進(jìn)行使用前檢查 Ensure forklift drivers follow up the process standard strictly and correct inappropriate operations timely; Implement the forklift safety checklist before using
? 完成公司在計(jì)劃和物流績(jī)效方面的要求，以及客戶對(duì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨的要求。Fulfill company requirements for competitive planning and logistics performance and customer requirements of on-time-delivery.
? 協(xié)助供應(yīng)商和貨代公司完成進(jìn)出庫(kù)關(guān)務(wù)工作。Cooperate with suppliers and forwarders to complete import and export customs work.
? 部門(mén)主管交辦的其它事宜。Fullfil the tasks assigned by his superior

任職要求Qualifications:

1. 教育背景Education Background:
管理、物流或化工等相關(guān)專業(yè)，大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷 College degree or equivalent in chemical processes, management / logistics major

2. 知識(shí)Knowledge:

? 熟悉制供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)；Familiar with supply chain knowledge of manufacturing industry;
? 熟悉相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理體系。 Familiar with related quality management system.
? 基礎(chǔ)財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)Basic financial knowledge

3. 專業(yè)技能Technical skills:
? 熟練操作辦公軟件，Proficient in office software, Word,Excel,PPT,ERP,etc
? 有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力Strong data analysis ability

4. 語(yǔ)言Linguistic skills:
? 良好的的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

5. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience:

兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備豐富的供應(yīng)鏈和生產(chǎn)管理知識(shí)，熟悉計(jì)劃，倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、物流領(lǐng)域的控制流程，熟悉?；费b卸車(chē)、運(yùn)輸流程.More than 2 years of work experience，possess a wealth of professional knowledge of supply chain and production management, familiar with the control procedures in the planning, warehousing and logistics fields, transportation procedures of hazardous chemicals.
