職位描述

QCQA質(zhì)量體系管理ISO認(rèn)證三類(lèi)醫(yī)療器械有源醫(yī)療器械ISO13485

工作內(nèi)容：

1、檢驗(yàn)工作

（1）參與編寫(xiě)、評(píng)審和驗(yàn)證檢驗(yàn)的管理制度和檢驗(yàn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)；

（2）根據(jù)作業(yè)文件按時(shí)完成來(lái)料、過(guò)程、成品檢驗(yàn)工作，并按《記錄控制程序》要求及時(shí)填寫(xiě)檢驗(yàn)記錄；

（3）配合部門(mén)經(jīng)理建立檢驗(yàn)管理臺(tái)賬，及時(shí)錄入檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)；

（4）發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品和不合格批次，及時(shí)上報(bào)部門(mén)經(jīng)理確認(rèn)；

（5）配合部門(mén)經(jīng)理建立不合格品管理臺(tái)賬，對(duì)不合格物料進(jìn)行登記臺(tái)賬統(tǒng)計(jì)。

2、工裝、檢驗(yàn)樣件的管理

（1）配合部門(mén)經(jīng)理建立質(zhì)量部所屬設(shè)備、工藝裝備管理臺(tái)賬，按相關(guān)文件要求做好設(shè)備的使用、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)等記錄；

（2）建立檢驗(yàn)樣件的管理臺(tái)賬，并做好日常維護(hù)工作；

任職資格：

1、大專(zhuān)及以上，醫(yī)療器械制造與維修、質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、機(jī)電一體化、機(jī)械制造、電子專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；

2、2年以上質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)類(lèi)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有在醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)從業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3、熟練使用機(jī)械和電氣計(jì)量器具。
