※崗位介紹及要求

1.五年及以上工作經驗，有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，愿意接受長期旅行（50%） 和海外旅行（根據需要）

2.有蘋果供應鏈質量/制造經驗的優(yōu)先，有審計經驗的優(yōu)先，需要有項目管理經驗，需要有人員管理經驗

3.英語口語能進行基本交流，英文郵件收發(fā)讀寫能力熟練

※技術專業(yè)知識

1.質量相關工作經驗，有系統(tǒng)的問題解決能力，能夠單獨解決的關鍵問題，專業(yè)的質量管理體系，以及8D、CPK、GRR等質量工具。

2.專業(yè)的過程審核或質量體系審核，有供應商審核經驗者優(yōu)先 熟悉數(shù)控、數(shù)控、塑料成型等工藝。

3.了解制造工藝過程中的關鍵參數(shù)/控制點

與跨職能合作伙伴的良好溝通，包括內部、供應商等 蘋果團隊 尋求改進的機會，可以參與和促進系統(tǒng)的改進 團隊活動 有較強的數(shù)據分析/測量經驗者優(yōu)先，知道如何使用圖表/表來支持報告

※關鍵可交付成果包括：

1)在線質量審核 安排或遵循審核計劃 質量審核：執(zhí)行process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa審核 根據已發(fā)布的文件或特殊要求，包括但不限于PQP，DFM， SIP、SOP或其他工業(yè)標準

2)問題/查找跟進 與供應商/跨職能團隊就所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行溝通/協(xié)商； 在發(fā)生任何關鍵問題時進行升級 針對問題/發(fā)現(xiàn)，采取有效的根本原因和糾正措施，并在現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行 相應的驗證/驗證 領導在供應商現(xiàn)場解決關鍵問題

3)報告和系統(tǒng)的方法/解決方案的框架 需要及時與海外經理會面/提交報告，以進行審計績效評級， 發(fā)布/查找更新、月度、季度、年度報告等。

4)支持其他現(xiàn)場質量/安全審核代表

Basic Profile

? ≥ 5 years working, good English reading/writing ability, willing to accept long term travel (≥6

months/Year) and overseas travel (as needed)

? Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred, audit experience is

preferred

? Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is

preferred

Technical Expertise

? Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to

lead critical issue resolving individually

? Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR..

? Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred

? Familiar with process like CNC, Ano, Plastic molding.

? Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes

Soft Skills

? Good communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other

Apple team

? Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement

activities with team

? Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support

other auditor

? Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting

Key deliverables will include:

1) In line Quality Audit

? Arrange or follow the audit plan

? Quality Audit: Perform process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa audit by

following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to PQP, DFM,

SIP, SOP, or other industrial standard.

? Audit training to vendor

2) Issue/Finding Follow up

? Communication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings;

Escalation in case any critical issue happened

? Drive efficient root cause & corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site

verification/validation accordingly

? Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site

3) Report & Framework of systematic method/solutions

? Timely meeting/reporting with oversea manager is required, for audit performance rating,

issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.
