電氣設備維修機械設備維修綜合維修
崗位職責
1.協(xié)助現(xiàn)場工程師或現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理完成設備管理相關報告
2.協(xié)助現(xiàn)場工程師或現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理制定預防性維護計劃
3.參與設備故障分析診斷以及設備故障排除工作
4.響應維護期間的支持
5.參與備品備件的管理
6.參與設備的大修改造、校準、年檢等
7.遵守公司和客戶的各項安全規(guī)定，確保所有工作符合EHS規(guī)定
8.參與現(xiàn)場設備的持續(xù)改進


任職資格
1.統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷，機電一體化、電氣、自動化等相關理工科專業(yè)
2.英語CET-4級以上，能看懂英文設備資料，英語可作為工作語言使用
3.具備較豐富的電氣知識，會使用萬用表，能看懂電路圖（側(cè)重于現(xiàn)場問題處理方面）
4.熟悉西門子PLC、博圖軟件，能對PLC故障進行診斷
5.熟悉制冷機組工作原理，能識別設備故障原因
6.熟悉充放電設備工作原理，最好接觸過Kratzer充放電設備，對故障進行診斷
7.熟悉C語言，能看懂語句的邏輯關系，便于對設備進行故障診斷
8.接觸過耐壓測試儀、氣密性檢測設備，了解基本設備故障問題


Job description
1. Assist site engineer or site manager to complete equipment management related reports
Assist site engineer or site manager to make preventive maintenance plan
3. Participate in equipment fault analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting
4. Response to support during maintenance
5. Participate in spare parts management
6. Participate in the overhaul and calibration of equipment
7. Comply with all safety regulations of the company and customers to ensure all work complies with EHS regulations
8. Participate in continuous improvement of field equipment


Qualifications
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical integration, electrical automation or related science and engineering
2. CET-4 or above, can understand English equipment information，can be used as working language
3. Rich electrical knowledge, able to use a multimeter, and able to understand circuit diagrams (with a focus on on-site problem handling)
4. Familiar with Siemens PLC and Botu software, able to diagnose PLC faults
5. Familiar with the working principle of refrigeration units and able to identify the causes of equipment failures
6. Familiar with the working principle of charging and discharging equipment, preferably with Kratzer charging and discharging equipment, to diagnose faults
7. Familiar with C language, able to understand the logical relationship of statements, facilitating fault diagnosis of equipment
8. Have come into contact with pressure testers and airtightness testing equipment to understand basic equipment failure issues
