JOB CONTENT
a. To complete all applications’ work in a timely manner.
b. To evaluate new applications and work in conjunction with engineering in order to perfect the results.
c. To assist with customer visits to the factory applications facility.
d. To assist with external trials and installations, when required.
e. To perform occasional product testing, where required.
f. To accurately log samples in/out and publish results, as appropriate.
g. To report to the sales support manager any items that effect the day-to-day operations of the job function

工作內容
a. 及時完成所有應用測試工作。
b. 評估新的應用，并與研發(fā)部門合作，以完善應用結果。
c. 協助客戶參觀實驗室的應用設施。
d. 在需要時，協助外部試驗和安裝。
e. 如有需要，偶爾進行產品測試。
f. 準確地記錄樣品的進出，并酌情公布結果。

ACCOUNTABILITY
a. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant specification and all documentation is accurately maintained.
b. Maintaining quality standards.
c. Understanding the planned work priorities within the department.

d. To complete accurate samples testing and to communicate the results to our customers, by the target dates set by the department.

e. To make themselves aware of all product developments and the implications relating to sample processing.
f. To be prepared to travel globally at short notice.

工作職責：
a. 確保所有的工作都按照相關的規(guī)范進行，所有的文件都準確歸檔。
b. 保持質量標準。
c. 了解部門內的工作重點。

d. 在部門設定的目標日期內完成準確的樣品測試，并將結果傳達給客戶。
e.了解所有激光產品特性及對樣品應用的影響。
f. 短期的全球差旅。

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

a. To have a working knowledge of laser technology and related peripheral devices.
b. To have computer literacy and the ability to develop computer-based documentation in order to communicate technical knowhow to our customers.
c. To maintain a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
d. To have strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.

e. Good English communication skills (written and oral)
