職位描述

1、3年以上設備管理實際工作經(jīng)驗,有制藥企業(yè)設備管理工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
2、熟悉安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)，相關規(guī)范；
3、落實安全標準化、安全風險上報、雙重預防機制相關工作；
4、負責特種設備、消防設施及各類生產(chǎn)設備的安全管理，負責生產(chǎn)設備的運行管理；
5、組織開展設備維保工作，提高設備使用效率，降低設備故障率；
6、負責編制設備、系統(tǒng)的年度預維護計劃。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃安排，制定下個月的設備系統(tǒng)維護計劃，監(jiān)督維護人員按時的完成設備維護內(nèi)容，監(jiān)管維護記錄的填寫情況，月底總結當月維護情況，以書面報告形式反饋給部門經(jīng)理；
7、負責設備維修工作聯(lián)系單的歸檔、電子錄入和統(tǒng)計工作。
8、負責做好維修、維護和改造費用的統(tǒng)計匯總、分析及有效控制或降低工作成本；
9、負責各類設備或固定資產(chǎn)的到貨驗收，設備原始資料、維修記錄資料的歸檔保存和管理工作。負責各類設備或固定資產(chǎn)、廢舊物資的閑置、轉(zhuǎn)移、報廢等環(huán)節(jié)的手續(xù)辦理和管理工作；
10、負責部門各類設備、電氣、公用工程等五金配件的ERP系統(tǒng)“申購需求單”的填寫、審批，采購進度跟蹤、到貨驗收工作。
11、負責有關EHS方面工作的處理。
12、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理，做好主要設備維修和故障多發(fā)設備的原因分析、技術改進和月度設備維修、維護的總結工作；
13、協(xié)助他人完成全廠各車間/部門的設備平面布置圖、流程圖的繪制，并確保圖紙的及時更新，與現(xiàn)場一致；
14、協(xié)助維修主管做好機修的日常管理工作，并學習設備檢修技能。
15、其他臨時指派或安排的工作。
