China market is a very strategic and important market. This role is new within this team and has been created to address office admin management to enable the rapid and sustainable growth in China.

Position: Operation Specialist (12-Month 3rd party Contract)

Location: Guangzhou, China

Reporting To: Associate Director, Third Party Manufacturing Management, US Corporate Office

Role Overview: The Temporary Specialist will be responsible
for developing and maintaining a centralized database for the 3rd party
manufacturing global team, utilizing advanced digital tools for reporting and
automation, and providing end-to-end project management for critical
initiatives. This role will also drive LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI)
initiatives across the department, ensuring enhanced efficiency, productivity,
and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

? Design and implement a scalable database tailored to the 3rd party manufacturing team’s needs.

? Develop Power BI dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.

? Lead project management for initiatives such as new product launches and CM sourcing.

? Identify and leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

? Lead and support LEAN and CI initiatives across the department.

? Analyze data, create reports, and present insights to global stakeholders.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Experience in database management, digital tools implementation, project management, and LEAN/CI activities.

? Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.

? Strong project management skills with experience in global teams.

? LEAN certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

? Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

? Proficiency in English, in both speaking and writing
