Organization

Reports to: Engineering Manager, Suzhou

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

l Work within an Engineering Department
comprised of a cross-disciplinary staff of engineers

l Preparation of 2D or 3D drawings, routing and BOM; Familiar with GT&T

l Evaluation and qualification for mechanical components.

l Considering the implications of issues such as cost and time constraints.

l Discussing and solving problems with production engineering and manufacturing department,sub-contractors, suppliers.

l Support the movement of new and existing fabricated component designs efficiently through our process to the marketplace and implement continuous improvement

l Make decisions based on company’s maximum benefit.

l Take accountability of all consequence of responsible area.

l Travelling may be required to other domestic and international sites

l Other tasks assigned.

Preferred (but not mandatory) Education and Experience:

l Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

l Prefer to have the knowledge in die casting; plastic mold; injection process and
machining process is a must

l Good English both in verbal and writing

l Computer literate; Skilled in Creo and AutoCAD

l Self-motivated,Proactive and carefulness, teamwork, eager to learn, willing to be challenged.

主要職責(zé):

l 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品,機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和制圖，確認(rèn)設(shè)計(jì)能夠符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格，并適時(shí)產(chǎn)出相關(guān)BOM;Routing;裝配圖紙

l 機(jī)械部件的評(píng)估和鑒定；熟悉形位公差

l 根據(jù)需要與跨部門(mén)進(jìn)行溝通，確保項(xiàng)目成功和解決問(wèn)題

l 完成低成本和周期短的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)

l 修改現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)定制需求

l 根據(jù)公司的最大利益做出決策

l 對(duì)責(zé)任區(qū)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)

l 可以短暫出差國(guó)內(nèi)或者國(guó)外

l 其余領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的相關(guān)工作

基本要求

l 機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),本科學(xué)歷

l 希望有相關(guān)壓鑄；塑料模具；注塑工藝和機(jī)械加工工藝得知識(shí)

l 精通Creo和AUTOCAD

l 做事細(xì)心；自我激勵(lì)，積極進(jìn)取，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，求知欲強(qiáng)，樂(lè)于接受挑戰(zhàn)
