The Key Responsibilities: ? Monthly payroll data collection, validation, and processing payout. ? Mandatory benefits Management and billing validation to pay to vendor. ? IIT management and tax declarations to government. ? Variable pay processing management such as KPI, onetime payment, allowance etc., ? Provide support to leaders to promote and implement process standardization and automation. ? Cost analysis due to government policy changes Qualifications: ? 3-5 years of experience in payroll work in foreign company, familiar with payroll calculations and policies, such as OT, deductions for all kinds of leaves, social insurance and IIT. ? Proficient in Excel, including commonly used functions like VLOOKUP, IF, Match and other data processing formulas. ? Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork. ? Able to read and respond to basic English emails; spoken communication is preferred.
