Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)：
1.Review and check quotation of project quotation and Review the compliance and rationality of the contract.
項目報價階段審核項目報價合理性，站在財務(wù)角度審核合同的合規(guī)合理性；
2.Discuss reasonable project hours with related departments and prepare project budget.
與相關(guān)部門討論項目合理工時，編制項目預(yù)算；
3.Compile dynamic project cost, monitor and analyze project cost.
編制動態(tài)項目成本，并進(jìn)行監(jiān)控、分析；
4.Prepare project profit and loss report and analysis.
編制項目盈虧報告，并進(jìn)行盈虧分析；
5.Help relevant department in cost&expense control, analyzed the difference between actual cost/expense and budget, and put forward improvement plans.
協(xié)助各部門進(jìn)行成本和費(fèi)用控制，對實(shí)際成本/費(fèi)用與預(yù)算差異進(jìn)行分析，提出改善方案，并協(xié)助相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行改善；
6.Track project progress, clearly know the status of projects.
跟蹤項目進(jìn)度，清晰掌握所負(fù)責(zé)項目的狀態(tài)與節(jié)點(diǎn)；
7.Provide cost management training to relevant personnel and help them establish continuous cost improvement awareness.
對相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行成本管理培訓(xùn)，幫助其建立持續(xù)成本改善意識；
8.Follow up the maintenance and technical completion of WBS in the system.
跟蹤WBS在系統(tǒng)中的維護(hù)以及技術(shù)性完成；
9.Review the working hours reported by the production department，month-end cost carryover (CO module).
審核生產(chǎn)部門項目報工，月底成本的結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)（CO模塊）；
10.Prepare annual budget and compare&analyze the difference between actual VS budget.
編制年度預(yù)算并且對實(shí)際和預(yù)算的差異進(jìn)行分析對比；
11.Responsible for fixed assets and inventory management, analyze the causes of fixed assets and inventory changes, and take inventory every quarter
負(fù)責(zé)固定資產(chǎn)和存貨管理，對固定資產(chǎn)及存貨異動原因進(jìn)行分析，每季度進(jìn)行盤點(diǎn)；
12.Responsible for the recording of revenue and contract assets against contract liabilities, contract costs and other receivables - settlement of payments
負(fù)責(zé)收入和合約資產(chǎn)與合約負(fù)債相抵的入賬，合約成本及其他應(yīng)收款-代付款的清理；
13.Confirm the project's receivable nodes with PM every two weeks, sort out the PT list of each project and issue the cost confirmation sheet and service charge preparation work confirmation
每兩周與PM確認(rèn)項目可收款節(jié)點(diǎn)，整理各項目PT清單并出具費(fèi)用確認(rèn)單，服務(wù)費(fèi)準(zhǔn)備工作確認(rèn)項；
14.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。
