Responsibilities:

- Test the games developed by 2K andreport/track/regress issues in bug database.

- Making test case, test plan of assigned gamemodule under testing.

- Analyze project status, report major issues andrisks to QA Lead, provide daily report.

- Optimize testing method to meet tight QA andproject schedule.

- Guiding testers to facilitate their growthwithin the department. Guide testers to ensure their quality of work.

- Set the right example for the testers in thedepartment.

Requirements:

- 2 years Game QA or Software QA experience on twoshipped titles.

- Strong Game testing or software testingknowledge.

- Strong interpersonal and communications skillswith both English and Chinese.

- Positive attitude to motivate people, instillaccountability and achieve results.

- Ability to work under pressure and tightschedule.

- Absolute passion for games.

- Strong computer skill, Microsoft Office, graphicediting software, etc.

- Knowledge of NBA/WWE or experience of any 2Kgames is preferred.

- 2年游戲測試和軟件測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有2個(gè)已發(fā)售游戲測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

- 豐富的游戲測試或軟件測試知識。

- 良好的中英文溝通交流能力。

- 以積極的態(tài)度激勵(lì)他人，對所負(fù)責(zé)的工作有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心。

- 能夠在有壓力以及在緊張的進(jìn)度下工作。

- 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)使用能力，能夠使用Microsoft Office，圖形編輯軟件等。

- 對游戲行業(yè)充滿熱情并具有高度責(zé)任心。

- 了解NBA或者WWE等體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的相關(guān)知識，或有2K相關(guān)游戲經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
