汽車理賠汽車保修汽車廠家4S店
崗位職責:
檢查質(zhì)保系統(tǒng)是否正確處理所有索賠,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時報告,與相關(guān)部門溝通解決系統(tǒng)問題。(每月報告超過10000起索賠)
為每家經(jīng)銷商手動制作保修賬單通知(全國240家以上捷豹路虎經(jīng)銷商,共計480+)。
每月向經(jīng)銷商發(fā)送保修賬單通知。(480 +郵件)
收集每家經(jīng)銷商開具的發(fā)票(240+多家,快遞480+份),并確保每個發(fā)票與賬單通知相符。
負責付款匯總,并向財務(wù)部門出具付款匯總,并獲得批準。
檢查并確保經(jīng)銷商提交的機械親善申請材料都符合保修政策。
回復經(jīng)銷商的日常業(yè)務(wù)問詢,并協(xié)調(diào)過程中發(fā)生的相關(guān)內(nèi)部職能(IT, FIN, TAX, Regional)問題。
任職資質(zhì):
大專以上學歷,汽車或物流本科專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2年以上SAP系統(tǒng)以及經(jīng)銷商系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵用戶經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
良好的語言溝通能力和文字表述能力;
善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和解決問題;
具有良好的流程建立、流程改善的意識和能力;
熟練使用MS Outlook \ Excel \ Word \ PPT辦公軟件,熟練掌握excel數(shù)據(jù)分析技能,以及制作高質(zhì)量PPT演示報告的技能;
擁有一定的英文讀、寫能力;
