崗位職責(zé)：

Jobresponsibilities:

1、 掌握客戶需求，推薦合適的產(chǎn)品；做好滿意度調(diào)查，并做相應(yīng)分析和改進(jìn)；負(fù)責(zé)老客戶的維護(hù)和新客戶的開發(fā)。

Explorecustomer needs and make recommendation of suitable products; Performsatisfaction survey and make corresponding analysis and improvement; Developbusiness opportunities in both new market segments and exiting customers

2、 負(fù)責(zé)客戶安全評(píng)估、付款條款談判；跟進(jìn)樣品反饋和跟蹤試生產(chǎn)及后續(xù)訂單，合理準(zhǔn)備庫存。

Responsible for customer credit assessmentand payment terms negotiation; Follow up sample feedback, trial production and subsequentorders, prepare safety inventory.

3、 了解產(chǎn)品原材料相關(guān)信息與價(jià)格走勢(shì)，熟悉各主流應(yīng)用的主要產(chǎn)品信息，搜集主要競爭對(duì)手產(chǎn)品區(qū)域化的價(jià)格行情。

Knowwell of the information related to the raw materials and their price trend, befamiliar with the main product information of each mainstream application,collect price information of different regions from major competitors.

崗位要求：

Requirements:

1、 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，化工、國際貿(mào)易、英語（日語）等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。

Bachelor degree or above, chemicalengineering, international trade, English (Japanese) or related majors.

2、 熟練掌握國際貿(mào)易知識(shí)與流程；英語六級(jí)以上，口語流利標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，擅長商務(wù)信函寫作。

Proficiency in international tradeknowledge, CET- 6 or above, fluent oral English and good business letterwriting skill.

3、 具有2年以上外貿(mào)實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能承受工作壓力。

Over 2 years ofpractical experience in overseas sales, strong learning ability and be able towork under pressure.

4、具備良好的溝通能力和計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力。

Good communication skills and computerapplication skills.
