–在工程師指導(dǎo)下根據(jù)各工段（鉆孔/laser，電鍍，photo，DES，AOI，層壓，punch，lay－up，SM等）的工藝要求和設(shè)備的性能而制定出合理的工藝方案，維護(hù)并不斷的完善，進(jìn)行有效的process control;
According to each process station ( drilling / laser, plating, photo, DES, AOI, punch, laminated, Layup, SM ) process requirements and equipment performance, establish a reasonable process operation solution, maintain and continuously improve it with effective process control;
–協(xié)助編寫(xiě)工藝操作規(guī)范和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)
Support process engineer to establish the process operation standard and work instructions
–負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)技術(shù)員的培訓(xùn)，同時(shí)根據(jù)柔板生產(chǎn)部安排對(duì)督導(dǎo)、組長(zhǎng)甚至一線操作工培訓(xùn)，并確認(rèn)培訓(xùn)效果
Responsible for technician training, and according to the arrangement from production department to train supervers, line leader, even operators. Also need to follow the effectiveness of training
–針對(duì)成品率的提高和成本的降低，配合工程師組織和實(shí)施相應(yīng)工段的改善措施
Support engineer to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement,support engineer to improve the yield improve
–帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)員在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不斷的去檢查和督促柔板生產(chǎn)部工人按照規(guī)范操作，并隨時(shí)糾正，同時(shí)要防止工藝問(wèn)題而影響生產(chǎn)
要求：
–大專以上學(xué)歷（濕工藝需化學(xué)、化工、機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)，干工藝需機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化類相關(guān)專業(yè)）
College education ( wet process chemical, chemical, mechanical or relevant major, dry technology of mechanical, electronic, automation related majors )
–從事Flex工藝2年或PCB3年以上技術(shù)經(jīng)歷In the Flex process with 2 year or3 years experience in PCB technical experience ;
–熟悉電腦操作
Familiar with computer operation;
–有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神
Team spirit;
–了解有害物質(zhì)管理
–Well understanding with HSM
–英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)良好，能閱讀英文資料
Good English skill, can read English materials
–協(xié)助工程師完成工藝文件的編寫(xiě)和完善，保證所負(fù)責(zé)各工段的正常運(yùn)行，不斷的提高成品率和工作效率，配合工程師主導(dǎo)各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)的實(shí)施，報(bào)告給相關(guān)工程師或主管
