要求：

1.具有專業(yè)實驗室或大學(xué)實驗室工作經(jīng)驗，有技術(shù)實驗背景者優(yōu)先。
1. Experiences in professional lab or in university lab, with technical experiment background, will be equivalent to the experience requirements.
2.較強的理解測試原理、測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測試文檔的能力;
2.Strong capability to understand test principles, test standards, and test documents, quickly;
3.較強的學(xué)習(xí)不同測試方法的新測試技術(shù)和不同測試機的測試參數(shù)的能力;
3.Strong capability to learn new test technologies of different test methods and test parameters of different test machines;
4.較強的向非專業(yè)人士介紹和解釋不同測試的能力，以便在技術(shù)上實施或配合測試;
4. Strong capability to introduce and explain different tests to non-professional people for implementing or cooperating tests technically;
5.較強的與外部不同實驗室合作的能力(作為供應(yīng)商)，為MFC提供測試服務(wù);
5. Strong capability to work with different labs outside (as suppliers) who provide test services to MFC;
6.較強的技術(shù)文檔創(chuàng)建、更新能力，測試記錄和報告的修改能力;
6.Strong capability to create or update technical documents, or modify test records and reports;
7.較強的在不同測試中解決技術(shù)問題的能力。
7. Strong capability to fix or resolve technical issues during different tests, etc.
8. 本科學(xué)歷，工程專業(yè)，或有制造工藝背景者優(yōu)先。
8. Univertisty graduate, major in engineering, or with manufacturing process background, is expected.
