PythonC#Shell系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維

職位說(shuō)明

工作職責(zé)：

1.為師生提供涵蓋軟硬件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、視頻會(huì)議等的一站式IT支持，確保服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)效與質(zhì)量；

2.建立預(yù)防性維護(hù)機(jī)制，將常規(guī)問(wèn)題解決率提升至90%以上；

3.負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)算機(jī)教室的設(shè)備全生命周期管理，制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)維流程；

4.能夠自己開(kāi)發(fā)自動(dòng)化運(yùn)維小工具，提升工作效率；

5.主導(dǎo)操作系統(tǒng)鏡像部署優(yōu)化，實(shí)現(xiàn)30分鐘內(nèi)批量裝機(jī)能力；

6.編寫通俗易懂的技術(shù)文檔與SOP手冊(cè)，建立知識(shí)庫(kù)體系（每月更新≥2份）；

7.定期輸出運(yùn)維分析報(bào)告，提出至少3項(xiàng)/季度的流程優(yōu)化建議。

崗位要求：

1.計(jì)算機(jī)/信息技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；

2.五年以上IT技術(shù)支持或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3.持有微軟高級(jí)認(rèn)證（如MCSE）者優(yōu)先；

4.深入掌握計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件體系，精通多語(yǔ)言環(huán)境下的操作系統(tǒng)配置與調(diào)試；

5.熟練運(yùn)用Windows AD域、SharePoint等微軟生態(tài)系統(tǒng)；

6.具備PowerShell/C#/Python等腳本開(kāi)發(fā)能力者優(yōu)先；

7.熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)及打印設(shè)備的故障排查；

8.中英文書面表達(dá)能力優(yōu)秀，普通話溝通流利；

9.具備優(yōu)秀的問(wèn)題分析與解決能力；

10.多線程任務(wù)管理專家，可同時(shí)處理3+優(yōu)先級(jí)任務(wù)并確保SLA達(dá)標(biāo)；

11.自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)，能在無(wú)監(jiān)督情況下高效推進(jìn)工作并交付成果；

12.服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，工作態(tài)度端正，服從安排，性格開(kāi)朗，良好溝通能力，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；

13.有一定的抗壓能力和良好的流程規(guī)范執(zhí)行能力。
