- 崗位職責(zé): Fully support business growth of automotive aftermarket business with product category optimization, channel development and sell-out improvement 通過(guò)產(chǎn)品線優(yōu)化,渠道拓展以及售出提升,全面支持汽車后市場(chǎng)渠道業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展 Implement market study to deeply learn the market intelligence, competitor information and customer needs 開(kāi)展市場(chǎng)研究,深入了解汽車后市場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)情報(bào),競(jìng)品信息以及客戶需求 Market positioning for different product categories to define the accurate competitor, market segment and price guideline 對(duì)不同產(chǎn)品線進(jìn)行合理的市場(chǎng)定位,找到準(zhǔn)確的目標(biāo)競(jìng)品,細(xì)分市場(chǎng)和價(jià)格指導(dǎo) Product category analyses and optimize based on the market and customer needs 分析現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品線,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和客戶需求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品線優(yōu)化 Cooperate with PM team, provide new product requirement and develop the new product 配合產(chǎn)品部門(mén),提出新品需求,進(jìn)行新品開(kāi)發(fā) Make the product go-to-market strategy to improve the product sales 制定產(chǎn)品上市及營(yíng)銷策略,提升產(chǎn)品銷量 Cooperate with channel sales team to support the channel development for different categories 配合渠道銷售部門(mén),根據(jù)不同產(chǎn)品線開(kāi)發(fā)有針對(duì)性的渠道銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò) Based on customer needs, make and implement various types of promotion 基于客戶需求制定多種形式的促銷政策 Guide channel customer to plan the sell-out event and track the result 指導(dǎo)渠道客戶規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品售出活動(dòng)并跟蹤效果 Regularly analyses the sales performance of the product category and provide improvement solution 定期分析產(chǎn)品線的銷售表現(xiàn),并提出提升解決方案 - 崗位要求: Bachelor degree or above 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷 5 to 10 years of working experience on product development, management and related channel development in automotive aftermarket, experinece on auto engine oil and chemical product is highly plus 5-10年以上汽車后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品線開(kāi)發(fā),管理和產(chǎn)品渠道拓展的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),機(jī)油及化學(xué)品等乘用車養(yǎng)護(hù)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)先 Familiar with the businees of the maintenance product in automotive aftermarekt and related downstream business 熟悉乘用車汽車后市場(chǎng)中養(yǎng)護(hù)產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)以及下游渠道的業(yè)態(tài) Knowledge about each step from product development to the go-to-market for auto engine oil 對(duì)于乘用車機(jī)油產(chǎn)品從開(kāi)發(fā)到應(yīng)用的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)有一定的了解 Capability of the independent project management and problem sloving 有獨(dú)立的項(xiàng)目管理以及解決問(wèn)題的能力 Good at data analyses, experinece on using SAP is plus 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,有使用SAP系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 熟練使用辦公軟件 Good verbal and written English communication skills 良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面溝通能力 Strong cross department communication, coordination and cooperation skills 較強(qiáng)的跨部門(mén)溝通,協(xié)調(diào)及合作能力 Good anti-pressure ability, able to multitask 良好的抗壓能力,能面對(duì)多任務(wù)開(kāi)展工作
