Job Profile:
Responsible overall work of the purchasing department and implement the company's procurement strategy, policy and system
responsible for purchasing planning according to machine delivery time & production plan
Lead the purchasing department to complete the purchasing task in time, also to ensure the delivery in time
Participate in supplier selection, inspection, certification and assessment
Attendance and performance appraisal of Purchasing team
responsible for assist the coordination and communication between other Department like finance department, storage department, production department & QC department
Communication with AUT team & assist for AUT parts order
Training for new employees
Organize weekly meeting for purchasing department
Responsible & maintain ERP system to be working in regular way for purchasing
Organize the monthly and annual purchasing summary report
Requirments:
1.Proficiency in English both written and oral
2. At least 3 years in mechanical industry
3. rich experience in machining drawings
