崗位職責：1. 負責學校的課程研發(fā)、教研，制定切實可行的教學計劃和落實方案， 且具有先進的教學理念和方法。2. 負責學校教學的管理、教學質(zhì)量把控、師資培訓與評估，并制定有效的培訓計劃，不斷提高教學質(zhì)量。3、收集、整理、分析國內(nèi)國際學校的相關政策、數(shù)據(jù)、信息及其他動態(tài)，定期輸出提高整體教師視野。4、負責統(tǒng)籌學生事務管理，制定和完善學生事務管理的各項規(guī)章制度，組織、實施、 督促、參與學生手冊的修訂，檢查學生事務管理工作。5、支持辦公室其他行政工作，如會議組織、大型活動支持、招生、后勤等其他運營活動。6、根據(jù)學校安排，定期和家長保持有效積極的溝通，積極協(xié)助家校關系的建立與互動。任職要求：1.熱愛教學工作，有教育情懷，做到以學生的學習為中心進行教學管理。2.教育及相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)，碩士以上學歷，有海外留學經(jīng)歷（優(yōu)先考慮），并且熱愛音樂。3.具有 5年以上一線教學經(jīng)驗，8 年以上教學管理工作經(jīng)驗，英語可做工作語言。4.具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)調(diào)能力，有非常強的責任心和團隊意識；5.熟悉歐美國際基礎教育體制，對國際各類課程體系了解，并且有自己的認識。6.熱愛學生，對學生、家長有足夠的耐心和愛心。
