職位描述

腫瘤患教

崗位職責(zé)：

1.在醫(yī)院設(shè)立咨詢服務(wù)點(diǎn)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)向腫瘤患者及家屬提供被動(dòng)咨詢解答，回復(fù)患者及家屬對(duì)于項(xiàng)目、醫(yī)保政策、就診信息等非醫(yī)學(xué)信息等相關(guān)問題；

2.被動(dòng)介紹患者支持項(xiàng)目并推進(jìn)已處方患者入組；

3.反饋患者問題，并及時(shí)上報(bào)不良反應(yīng)；

4.與醫(yī)護(hù)人員溝通交流患者共性問題；

5.根據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、完善、及時(shí)的原則填寫服務(wù)記錄，定期反饋。


任職要求：

1.醫(yī)/藥/護(hù)理學(xué)大專及以上學(xué)歷，具備護(hù)士資格證者優(yōu)先;

2.一年以上臨床/護(hù)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠準(zhǔn)確掌握相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)/護(hù)理知識(shí);

3.具備良好的溝通能力,有和醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜医⒉⒈３至己玫男湃蔚哪芰?

4.掌握演講技巧，良好的協(xié)調(diào)及組織能力;

5.誠實(shí)守信，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng);和

6.熟悉辦公軟件的運(yùn)用。
