1. 發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品從小批量試生產(chǎn)至SOP全過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，推動(dòng)相關(guān)人員解決產(chǎn)品相關(guān)問(wèn)題。

2. 保證項(xiàng)目階段產(chǎn)品交付的質(zhì)量提升客戶滿意度。

3. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求編寫(xiě)產(chǎn)品的特殊特性清單、檢測(cè)計(jì)劃、控制計(jì)劃（CPL）的可使用性。

4. 檢具驗(yàn)收：驗(yàn)收并確保檢具正常使用并培訓(xùn)相關(guān)人員使用檢具，把檢具交給工廠質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)人。

5. 跟蹤產(chǎn)品過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)及測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析能力，對(duì)于不符合項(xiàng)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品改善，保證產(chǎn)品和量具的可使用性。

6. 準(zhǔn)備PPAP/ISIR/PSW/,提交所需要的相關(guān)文件。

7. 初始樣件放行。

8. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目階段客戶審核，質(zhì)量相關(guān)內(nèi)容的準(zhǔn)備，對(duì)于客戶提出質(zhì)量相關(guān)內(nèi)容的不符合項(xiàng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。把優(yōu)化后的產(chǎn)品和文件反饋給客戶直至客戶滿意

9. 對(duì)工廠內(nèi)部人員進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品相關(guān)內(nèi)容培訓(xùn)，包括如何檢查產(chǎn)品，如何使用操作指導(dǎo)書(shū)，以及相關(guān)的檢測(cè)設(shè)備等。

10. 處理客戶前期質(zhì)量抱怨和顧客前期顧客現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試裝

11. 和總部溝通制定零件評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，


職位要求

  1. 本科以上學(xué)歷
  2. 英語(yǔ)熟練，可作為工作語(yǔ)言
  3. 3年汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量或項(xiàng)目相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  4. 熟練使用Office 辦公軟件
  5. 掌握質(zhì)量五大工具（APQP\PPAP\MSA\SPC\FMEA)
  6. 熟悉Minitab的使用，能夠在圖紙上識(shí)別產(chǎn)品，5why,8D,魚(yú)骨圖，分析產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
