Job Summary：

BNEW SAN SAR RO Op Supp & Analysis Mgmt under BNEW SAN SAR Repair Operations is the function in the Service Area Repair with the responsibility to Provide Centralize Operational Support to all RC/SC under BNEW SAN SAR Repair Operations & perform in depth analysis & monitoring for continuous improvement towards deliver performance for all RC/SC

Responsibilities & Tasks：

1、Responsible to create purchase order from US, EU, China, Malaysia site.

2、Follow up the PO be balance with payment.

3、Analysis GR/IR gap report, find out what causing the GR/IR gap and fix it in SAP.

4、Support invoice checking team to complete the payment checking and approval.

5、Check the material end of service year according to global planner’s requirement.

6、Support global planner ‘s planning target, download BOM from PWIN and update BOM for strategy planner.

7、Support global planner ‘s planning target, prepare analysis report to strategy planner.

Position Qualification：

1、Understanding of Repair Operations, processes, and financials.

2、Good in SAP and MS office and Ericsson Pwin, Eliza.

3、Good presentation and communication skills, and capable of communicating with different RDM and repair center from different region (US, Europe, APAC).

4、Fluent in English, oral and written.

5、Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

6、1-2 years’ working experience in purchasing area, finance or material planning.

7、Coping with pressures and setbacks.

8、Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
