Brand Market Research
* Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to support brand strategy.
Budget Management
* Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Performance Tracking
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Data Analysis
* Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights from various sources, translating data into actionable strategies for marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Agency & Supplier Management
* Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, market trends, and research findings to senior management.
崗位基本需求
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
?5-8 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role. Research project experience is preferred.
?Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.?
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.
