oCollaborate with R&D, lab, and bioinformatics teams to guide product development from concept to launch.
oManage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.
oEnsure products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
?Customer and Market Engagement:
oEngage with key customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback and insights.
oDevelop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry partners.
oRepresent the company at industry conferences, and customer meetings.
?Cross-functional Collaboration:
oWork closely with marketing, and commercial teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies.
oEvaluation and suggestion of customized services.
oProvide training and support to commercial teams to ensure successful product adoption.
oCollaborate with Project management, lab, and bioinformatics teams to ensure product availability and quality.
?Financial and Performance Metrics:
oManage product budgets and forecasts.
oAnalyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

?Master's degree in Life Sciences, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
?2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the genomics or biotechnology industry.
?Deep understanding of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and applications.
?Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
?Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
?Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
