崗位職責(zé)：

1.根據(jù)奧托立夫生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)要求，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)線工藝，降低生產(chǎn)成本, 提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量, 提高生產(chǎn)能力。Support line modify to reducing production cost, improve quality control and improve productivity according to APS.

2.支持工廠的MPS審核和改進(jìn)。Support MPS Audit and improve.

3.問題解決Trouble Shooting

§ 所有設(shè)備的故障處理Trouble shooting for all the equipment

§ 支持設(shè)備維修工對(duì)設(shè)備的維修。Support mechanic to repairing facilities.

§ 解決生產(chǎn)過程的相關(guān)問題并協(xié)助維修工作的實(shí)施；Resolve issues for Manufacturing and assist in prioritising of repair and maintenance Jobs.

4.維修管理Maintenance management

§ 出現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)異常時(shí)，及時(shí)停線并合理的處理現(xiàn)場，并將信息報(bào)告給負(fù)責(zé)的人員； When something abnormal happens, stop the product line in time and solve problems reasonably and report to correlative engineers.

§ 實(shí)施設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃Implement pre-maintenance plan for equipment

§ 統(tǒng)計(jì)設(shè)備停機(jī)時(shí)間并分析設(shè)備故障原因及采取相應(yīng)的措施Collect and analyse equipment break down time and plan remedial actions

§ 備件消耗分析和備件采購計(jì)劃Make spare parts consume analysis, and make spare parts purchase plan.

任職要求：

1） 掌握所有維修設(shè)備的技能, 例如 PLC編程能力, 機(jī)械問題分析等等.Have enough skill of trouble shooting, such as all PLC programming , mechanic problem analysis.

2） 有設(shè)備維護(hù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience in high volume manufacturing process equipment Maintenance.

3） 解決問題的能力 Problem solving

4） 良好的英語寫/說能力Good written and spoken English
