職位描述
1) Conduct cushion design, development & engineering in Asia based on Autoliv standards, legal requirements & OEMs requirements;
2) Responsible for cushion development of assigned projects, in line with cost, timing and quality objectives;
3) Further involvement of LLs work, case study, TFC review, Design Review, and share experience to the team;
4) Deeply involvement of cushion test failure analyzation and bring out countermeasures from textile aspect;
5) Follow up of cushion design guideline, and implementation of PLM/DVM/CAD;
6) Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability;
7) Conduct the selection of key components & materials for cushion new development & engineering in Asia;
8) Support SQE to improve cushion supplier technical skill;
9) Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility and estimate how much time/cost will be impacted;
10) Represent cushion engineering in project team and assist project manager with internal project management;
11) Regular report project status in terms of cost/timing/quality objectives to the project leader and in parallel to Technical manager;
12) Provide technical support to production, in quickly resolving cushion engineering related issues;
13) Contribute to continue improvements, innovations and standardization;
14) Complete the works arranged by Group manager & Department manager.
職位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科專業(yè);
2. Working experience in automotive industry is preferred;
汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3. Proficient in CAD/Catia or other design software;
熟練應(yīng)用CAD/Catia或其它設(shè)計(jì)軟件;
4. Able to read written English materials.
