Key Responsibilities
? Provide guidance on QMS system operating and ensure product safety, traceability and recall practices well implemented.
? Monitor quality control system to guarantee the quality of finished products meet standards and Chaucer Group special requirement.
? Set up test protocols and validate quality for RM/WIP/FG to comply with specification.
? Conduct the whole quality control procedures from RM intake, online process as well as FG release to ensure delivery of safe product to agreed specification.
? Carry out audits regularly of all process control, record, traceability and follow up correct and preventative actions.
? Coordinate manufacturer quality issues, follow up customer complaints and corrective actions.
? Carry out quality management review and report to the management.
? Regularly train personnel of RM intake and FG testing.
? Day to day quality data input in system.
? Other tasks assigned by Superior.
Qualification:
? University bachelor or above Degree in Food Science Engineering, Foods Quality and Safety, biotechnology, chemistry or related subject.
? Minimum 5 years comprehensive quality management experiences in a fruit/ vegetable processing enterprise.
? Strong understanding of HACCP/BRC/ISO and standards on food safety, product specification and workflow.
? Good command of English skills is a must, if additionally Arabic ability is preferred.
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build up credibility and support within the team.
? A high level of self-driven and integrity is critical.
? Adapt to business travel included oversea, cross-cultural adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
? Salary is negotiable based on competency and responsibilities.
