一、主要職責(zé)Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1、NPI project compliance with PLM(50%)
符合PLM流程的NPI項目研發(fā)
-Evaluate hardware design solution and efforts and responsible for hardware development in NPI project.
評估硬件設(shè)計方案及工作計劃，并對新產(chǎn)品項目的硬件開發(fā)工作負(fù)責(zé)。
-Involve in controlling the progress and cost of the NPI project. And according to the project plan, allocate the resources and push the project implementation as planned.
參與NPI項目的開發(fā)進(jìn)度和成本的控制，根據(jù)項目實施計劃，協(xié)調(diào)資源并按計劃推進(jìn)項目實施工作，能按時按質(zhì)按量交付工作任務(wù)。
-Consciously apply the concept of modularization in the process of product design to improve the reusability, and implement it in the actual development to reduce the complexity and cost of production, maintenance etc.
在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計過程中有意識的運用模塊化理念以提升復(fù)用度，并在實際開發(fā)中落地以降低生產(chǎn)、維護(hù)等環(huán)節(jié)的復(fù)雜度及成本。
-Cooperate with project leader, Hardware, software and other members
配合項目管理、硬件、軟件及其他成員的工作。
2、MOL from R&D side (20%)
在線產(chǎn)品維護(hù)
-Lead the daily maintenance of live products, including handling quality case, continuous improvement, cost reduction, etc.
主導(dǎo)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的日常維護(hù)，包括處理質(zhì)量問題、持續(xù)改進(jìn)、降本等。
-Continuous improve the quality for live products
不斷提升現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量及性能。
3、Customized product design (20%)
非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計
-Responsible for customized product design solutions。
負(fù)責(zé)定制產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方案。
-Responsible for the complete and accurate design output.
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計輸出的齊全性、準(zhǔn)確性。
4、Support and cooperation (10%)
支持與協(xié)作
-Responsible for product hardware design review and guide junior engineers in hardware design.
進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計審核，指導(dǎo)初級工程師的研發(fā)與設(shè)計。
-Offer technical support to Webowt products, and offer technical solution and plan for current product maintenance, product improvement and field technical problems.
為威博的產(chǎn)品提供技術(shù)支持, 能夠針對目前的產(chǎn)品維護(hù)、產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)以及現(xiàn)場問題提出解決方案及完成計劃。
-Responsibly allocate software resources to ensure progress of NPI project or field installation and commissioning.
合理調(diào)配軟件人力資源，確保項目、現(xiàn)場調(diào)試的人員安排及進(jìn)度。
-Cross-unit cooperation among Webowt.
在威博各部門間能跨部門協(xié)作。
二、任職資格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, Electronics, Automation Engineering or similar education background (MUST).
本科學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上，電子電氣、自動化工程或類似專業(yè)。
2、At least 3 years of experience in electronic design and development, able to independently complete hardware design (MUST).
具備3年以上電子設(shè)計開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，能獨立完成硬件設(shè)計工作。
3、Be familiar with ARM processor, and master the experience of processing and analyzing high-frequency circuit and low-frequency analog signal (MUST).
熟悉ARM處理器，掌握高頻電路和低頻模擬信號的處理和分析的經(jīng)驗。
4、Familiar with EMC design, with certain EMC rectification experience (MUST).
熟悉EMC設(shè)計，具備一定的EMC整改經(jīng)驗。
5、Profinet and other bus design circuit experience is preferred (PLUS).
Profinet 等總線設(shè)計電路經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。
6、Good skills in EAD/CAD/Altium Designer etc. PCB design tools (MUST).
熟練使用EAD/CAD/Altium Designer等PCB設(shè)計軟件。
7、Good basic knowledge of digital/analog electric circuits (MUST).
具備良好的數(shù)電/模電電路基礎(chǔ)知識。
8、Proficient in using multimeter, oscilloscope and other testing tools (MUST).
能夠熟練使用萬用表，示波器等測試工具。
9、Preliminary English reading, writing and oral communication skills (MUST).
能夠熟練閱讀芯片英文資料，撰寫簡單的英文報告，有初步的口語溝通能力。
10、Excellent innovation sense is preferred (PLUS).
具有創(chuàng)新性的思維。
11、Excellent team spirit and hardworking attitude (PLUS).
良好的團(tuán)隊精神和工作責(zé)任心。
12、Excellent communication skill is preferred (PLUS).
