主要工作內(nèi)容及職權(quán)/Main Responsibilities and Authority

· Participate in the conceptualization, design and setup of electromechanical/automation systems, with sensors (force/torque/position/speed etc.), voltage/current control and measurement and motion control (servo/step motor/linear motor) technologies. Your main role is to develop the software system.

· Lead PC based programming (.NET/C#/C++/Java/Python/Control cards)

· Develop, optimize and maintain the standard software architecture and communication protocols

· Lead the development of digitalization solutions

· Lead SCADA applications and programming

· Implement Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, Robotics, IIOT, Augmented Reality Supervision, Cyber Security and other industrial 4.0 related technologies.

· Support Electrical Schematics Design

· Support PLC/HMI application and programming

· Participate in the deployment of automation systems to manufacturing sites.

· Train manufacturing site staffs, as needed, for success deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.

· Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting activities, and maintenance procedures.

· Meet operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work, while minimizing waste by caring for product, equipment and facilities.

Education

University degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, electric engineering, automation engineering, mechanical engineering電氣工程、軟件工程、電氣工程、自動(dòng)化工程、機(jī)械工程的大學(xué)學(xué)位

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Working Experience

3+ years working experience in software companies or automation companies

3年以上在軟件公司或自動(dòng)化公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3+ years working experience in industrial software programming, based on one or two mainstream programming languages (.NET/C#/C++/Java/Python)

3年以上工業(yè)軟件編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，基于一種或兩種主流編程語(yǔ)言（.NET/C#/C++/Java/Python）

3+ years integration experience with mainstream robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka) and mainstream control cards and signal processing cards (DeltaTau, NI, TI)

3+ years in 2D vision system and 3D vision system integration with deep understanding of computer vision principles

3+ years of experience with processes like high-speed assembly, precise assembly, welding, soldering, testing, loading, sticking.
