Accountabilities
? Familiar with China traditional media & digital media trends. With experiences of tailor-made media strategy to drive brand relevance and relevance
? Experienced in 3+reach planning (TV/OTV/OTT), familiar with the evaluation tools form media research company such as CMS, Miaozhen, etc. Ensure planning process is being adhered to, utilizing industry tools and internal tools effectively
? Experienced in digital and OOH media planning and execution
? In charge of spot plan management, check with AOP for KPIs alignment
? In charge of campaign performance tracking and optimization, daily connect with RemainCo media team and media agency to ensure campaign success
? Responsible for post-campaign management incl. media performance tracking, post-buy governance and media performance review
? Supporting role on the planning of annual operation plan, master plan, competitor analysis, etc.
? Guide junior colleagues to execute campaign planning and provide support to ensure
? Provide consistent and thorough management for internal support to traffic each month’s campaigns, ensuring the accuracy of client specific strategic direction
Key Skills/Experience Required
? Expert in brand media strategy planning with 2C industry experience such as FMCG, E-commerce, 3C, 4A media agency etc.
? Strong collaborative and influence management skills with the ability to establish and grow relationships, able to influence without authority and comfortable navigating a matrix organization
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline-driven environment
? Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese/English is a must.
? Bachelor’s degree above.
? 4+ years’ experience in media strategy and planning
? Excellent project management and organizational alignment skills
? Strong attention to detail
