Main responsibilities/主要職責和工作內容:
1. Take charge of product development until the bulk production of customer orders, which includes tasks such as creating paper patterns, fitting sewing methods, assessing risks associated with new styles, and providing quotations.
2. Standardize all sample requirements to ensure quality meets customer standards, fostering a closer working relationship with customers to ensure sample approval.
3. Training programs and technical guidelines are provided to the team within the organization, along with regular reviews of issues and case studies.
4. Keep track of fitting rate and reduce sample lead-time.
5. Providing technical support for the coordination between departments and the production of goods.
Requirements/任職資格：
1. A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required for the position of garment fit tech.
2. knowledge of garment patterns and sewing techniques.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written, with a CET-6 level.
5. Initiative and teamwork.
