崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibilities
1、 按照客戶要求和項目進(jìn)度獨立完成模具方案設(shè)計
Completed mold design according to customers’requests and project schedule Independently
2、 與客戶溝通零件技術(shù)要求和確認(rèn)模具方案的可行性，并提供修改意見
Communicated with customers on the technical requirements of parts and confirmed the feasibility of the mold scheme and provide suggestions for modification
3、 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計
Responsible for new product mold design
4、 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商模具方案的確認(rèn)和提出改進(jìn)建議，協(xié)助管理模具供應(yīng)商
Responsible for confirming the supplier's mold scheme and proposing improvement suggestions, assist in supplier management of mold.
5、 負(fù)責(zé)模具和塑料粒子材料選型、DFM、模流分析及提出改進(jìn)建議
Responsible for mold and plastic particle material selection, DFM, mold flow analysis and put forward improvement suggestions
6、 零件外協(xié)過程中的技術(shù)溝通和問題解決
Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing
7、經(jīng)理分配的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by the Manager

任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、 模具或機(jī)械等類?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，10年上的模具設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗
College degree or above in mold or machinery, etc., more than 10 years of working experience in design
2、 熟練使用二維、三維設(shè)計軟件
Familiar with 2d and 3D design software
3、熟悉塑料模具設(shè)計, 具備模流分析能力優(yōu)先考慮
familiar with mold design of plastic, Capability of mold flow analysis is preferred
4、熟悉齒輪模具設(shè)計優(yōu)先考慮
Familiar with gear mold design is preferred
5、有鉗工、注塑背景優(yōu)先考慮
Have bench work, injection molding background is preferred
6、良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力，基本的聽力能力
Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability
