主要職責(zé):


  1. 制定和實施銷售策略,以增加市場份額和客戶基礎(chǔ)。

  2. 識別并開發(fā)新的潛在客戶。

  3. 維護(hù)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,提供定制化的物流解決方案,以滿足客戶需求。

  4. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理銷售團(tuán)隊,確保團(tuán)隊成員達(dá)成個人和團(tuán)隊銷售目標(biāo)。

  5. 與市場部門合作,參與市場調(diào)研和產(chǎn)品定位,以更好地滿足市場需求。

  6. 定期分析銷售數(shù)據(jù)和市場趨勢,為公司提供戰(zhàn)略性建議。

  7. 參與制定銷售預(yù)算和目標(biāo),并確保團(tuán)隊遵循既定的銷售流程和策略。

  8. 與運營團(tuán)隊緊密合作,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度。

任職要求:

  1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、物流管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。

  2. 至少3年的電商銷售經(jīng)驗。

  3. 熟悉跨境電商物流流程和市場,了解相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。

  4. 具備出色的商務(wù)談判技巧和客戶服務(wù)意識。

  5. 能夠獨立工作,同時具備團(tuán)隊合作精神。

  6. 良好的中英文溝通能力,CET-6或同等水平。

  7. 能夠適應(yīng)出差和靈活的工作時間。

Job Title: Air Freight E-commerce Sales Manager


Location: Shenzhen / Guangzhou


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Develop and implement
    sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.

  2. Identify and develop new potential
    customers, particularly those with business dealings on e-commerce
    platforms.

  3. Maintain and develop
    existing customer relationships, providing customized logistics solutions
    to meet their needs.

  4. Lead and manage the sales
    team to ensure team members meet individual and team sales targets.

  5. Collaborate with the
    marketing department to participate in market research and product
    positioning to better meet market demands.

  6. Regularly analyze sales
    data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for the
    company.

  7. Participate in setting
    sales budgets and targets, ensuring the team follows established sales
    processes and strategies.

  8. Work closely with the
    operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree or
    above in Marketing, International Economics and Trade, Logistics
    Management, or related fields.

  2. At least 3 years of sales
    experience in e-commerce.

  3. Familiar with the process
    and market of cross-border e-commerce logistics, and understanding of relevant
    laws and regulations.

  4. Excellent business
    negotiation skills and customer service awareness.

  5. Ability to work
    independently and with a team spirit.

  6. Good communication skills
    in both Chinese and English, CET-6 or equivalent level.

  7. Ability to adapt to travel
    and flexible working hours.
