The product Admin engineer is responsible for ensuring the correct
editing of product technical documents, the release of documents in accordance
with internal regulations and rules, filing and regularly updating of documents
and cooperating within Product Management team to complete other daily work,
such as workflow checking for codes creation, Product Management database
maintenance, and other related administrative work.
職位要求
- Be responsible for editing PDS (Product Data Sheet), communicate with Corporate and local technical department, R&D colleagues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of product technical information, ensure technical information is compliant with company regulations and process requirement.
- Keep effective communications with Corporate and local technical departments, Product Managers to ensure the required PDS is timely edited and released throughout system workflow.
- Set-up a regular inspection process to ensure the missing PDS are properly supplemented and existing PDS are well updated timely.
- Other internal process that are needed for Product management team. (follow-up workflow of new code creation, monitor the implementation of product PLS, support communication among related departments for special issues, regular data collection and report of PCP progress, etc.)
- Work on PCP process regarding new SGAN code creation, packaging &label change when there is a need from Product manager for internal workflow support.
