1.Lead team members to conduct equity research, industry research, management and expert interviews; analyze information obtained from various channels and prepare reports
2.Use data analytic skills in data triangulation and synthesis
3.Develop and analyze complex financial models and perform financial analyses
4.Work with management on parts of the acquisition process, regularly undertake valuation or other financial analysis for strategic priorities or fiscal purposes and gain insights into complex dispute cases
5.Work closely with clients, targets and other professionals in the financial due diligence, legal, tax and valuation fields
Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have
1.Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum of [] years' relevant experience in the advisory or finance fields
2.Strong logic thinking and good sense of numbers
3.Research skills and communication skill
4.Excel knowledge and good report-writing skill
5.Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
6.Highly motivated and have a very strong attention to detail
7.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
