Be responsible for resource management of Beijing / Shanghai / Guangzhou Audit group.
Actively manage resource capacity. Identify resource excess / shortage, ensure that resource management presents an accurate forecast of excess capacity or resource needs.
Identify and allocate appropriate resources upon request of engagements and update booking information on Smart Hub / RETAIN in a timely manner.
Work closely with resource partner / resource committee on resource management, provide suggestive feedbacks to better hence resource management.
Coordinate with EYU and Talent Team to arrange staff training and leave application.
Analysis and reporting
Prepare weekly utilization reports for the review by Partner / Resource Manager
Prepare weekly analysis / projection for the review by Partner / Resource Manager, including but not limited to:
Staff booking vs actual charged hours
Revenue projection based on staff booking
Idle staff list
OT hours
New wins and staffing arrangement
Prepare operation report or other ad hoc report for the review by Partner / Resource Manager, including but not limited to:
EIC portfolio
Headcount and movement report
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above with relevant experience. Prefers candidate with more than 2 years Audit experiences in Big 4 or Professional Firm
Excellent people skill and communication skill
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and team work
Good analytical skills and strong Excel skill
Able to work under the pressure, ability on time control and attention to detail
Willing to join more pilot programs, such as Automation project
